Terms and Conditions
Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the contractual relationship between Péter Fülöp sole trader (9900 Körmend, Bástya utca 33/A 3/23, Hungary) and their clients.
Services
Wedding photography, portrait, maternity, family and analogue photography. Exact service details and pricing are specified in the individual quote.
Booking
A booking is confirmed upon written order and payment of the deposit. The deposit amount is specified in the quote. The date is reserved only after the deposit has been received.
Payment Terms
The deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the shoot, or at a pre-agreed date, by cash or bank transfer.
Delivery of Photos
The deadline for delivering the final edited photos is specified in the quote. Photos are delivered via an online gallery with a download option.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the shoot date are subject to the full fee. In case of force majeure (accident, serious illness), both parties will agree on a new date or the deposit will be refunded.
Copyright
All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer under Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. The client may use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, resale, or publication requires prior written consent from the photographer.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
For complaints, please contact us at info@fuloppeter.hu. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved before the court having jurisdiction over Szombathely, Hungary.
